Managing the daily itinerary and real-time logistics
Ensuring everything runs smoothly—without you needing to lift a finger
On-site support is available by request and subject to availability.
Travel and accommodations are covered by the host.

Investment & Availability
Every retreat is a unique experience, and planning fees vary based on destination, guest count, and trip complexity.
Custom proposals are provided following your consultation.
Most hosts invest between $2,000–$4,000 for full-service planning.
To ensure a high-touch, concierge-level experience, only one retreat is booked per month. Several 2026 dates are already reserved. Early planning is recommended to secure your preferred month and destination.
